2024 Holiday Digital Strategy

For the 2024 Holiday season at The Potter's House of Dallas, as the Sr. Digital Sales Strategist and Fractional Creative Director, we launched The TPH Holiday Shop, a seasonal retail experience designed to boost holiday sales online and drive foot traffic to the in-church retails location. The aim was to create a festive, high-energy shopping experience for the congregation and vast online audience.

The Goals

  • Triple holiday revenue compared to the previous year

  • Increase in-store visits during Sunday services and Wednesday Bible studies

  • Build brand visibility with cohesive holiday-themed visuals across all platforms

Scope of Work

As Creative Director, I collaborated closely with the sales team to execute a full-scale marketing and branding strategy, including:

  • Branding & Creative Direction: Developed holiday-themed visuals for a consistent, festive look

  • Web Design & Digital Ads: Designed online banners, social media ads, and SMS campaigns

  • In-Store Promotions: Created signage and graphics to encourage purchases on-site

  • Marketing Strategy: Coordinated campaign rollout across multiple touchpoints for maximum impact

Omni-Channel Approach

To create a fully integrated experience, we aligned messaging, design, and promotions across:

  • Digital Advertising: Targeted social media ads, Google display campaigns, and online banners

  • Email & SMS Marketing: Direct promotions and special offers for the church community

  • Web Design: Updated landing pages and digital graphics for a cohesive online presence

  • In-Person Touchpoints: Local signage and on-site displays to reinforce messaging from digital channels

  • Social Media: Engaging holiday-themed posts driving both awareness and foot traffic

This strategy ensured every interaction — whether online or in person — reinforced the same festive message and call-to-action, ultimately guiding customers from awareness to purchase seamlessly.
